With the Dental INO plan, you and your employees can experience the broad access of a large PPO network with the affordability of a managed care dental plan. We offer a range of INO plan designs to meet your needs and budget. From traditional coinsurance plans to plans with fixed copay options, Dental INO allows more out-of-pocket predictability at the point of service than traditional plans. We also provide a range of deductibles and maximums to accommodate the diverse needs of your employees. And our Dental INO plans are available on both a contributory and voluntary basis.

UnitedHealthcare Dental plus Vision Plan*
With the Dental plus Vision plan, you can offer low-cost, essential dental and comprehensive vision coverage to every employee, including part-time employees and those who are ineligible for standard benefits. This coverage includes preventive and diagnostic dental services, along with vision exams and standard vision materials. The flexible plan designs offered also enable you to give your employees the opportunity to "buy up" in regard to certain optional coverage, such as coverage for dental fillings.
We also offer flexible pricing options: You can choose to contribute to the premium or provide Dental plus Vision as an employee-pay-all benefit.
